Model Release *

Ed Marcelino Photography ("Photographer") retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reporduce them for the purpose of, but not limited to, advertising, website/blog, display, portfolio, or any publication to promote business free of compensation. This contact serves as a model release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use the photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain with the property of photographer. Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the Client, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. I hereby agree that all rights to the Photographs, including copyright, are and shall remain the sole property of Ed Marcelino photography, free and clear from any claims by me or anyone acting on my behalf. I have no right to approve the final images or to addition compensation. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Ed Marcelino Photography, the photographer's heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all persons acting under the photographer's authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability arising from any use of the photographs or any changes or modifications made thereto. I hereby warrant that I knowingly appear fully nude in some or all of the photos, I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heir,s legal representatives, and assigns.

Cancellation/Postponement *

Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours of notice and postponements or cancellations is appreciated.
